Horror of the Day: Physical Education Lessons.
what is with pe teachers and watching us suffer man? i suspect they get this sadistic joy in watching us struggle through the various physically challenging exercises that they jus seem to invent. haha. it was a simply horrible pe lesson today and it was only the beginning. many of us are suffering from post holidays blues and after the exercises that they make us go through. NS & NCC seems way easier man. i am not joking about that. PE lessons are run militarily and the standards set is way higher than what you will find in NS & NCC. muz confess that my legs turn to jelly after the exercise man. we did 5BX with the main focus on our legs muscles and ended off with a 2.4km run. jelly legs was what all of us got after that and amazingly when it comes to the end of PE, the normal culprits for a soccer match all gathered for one and those aches are long forgotten. :P
